Summer Travels

This June, we left the hot weather and headed north to see our family. We spent the first weekend in New Jersey visiting Lee, Jen and the girls. We couldn't believe how much Isabel and Lily had grown! They are cute as can be, and we were glad to have some quality time with the Kizer fam. Sunday afternoon, we headed back to Pennsylvania and spent a week with Jon's family. Jon's parents are moving to Shippensburg, PA next month, so we took a day to drive down and see their new stomping grounds. It was also good to catch up with our sister Jenny and play with her pup Molly. We also managed to squeeze in some time see a few friends and extended family. All around, it was a good trip!
On Father's Day, we went go-cart racing. It was SO MUCH FUN!
In Shippensburg, PA where Jon's parents plan to live!

Catching up with our sister Jenny and cousin Kyle.

Jon and Arif planned a surprise 30th Birthday party for me. And I was COMPLETELY surprised. I screamed so loud when I walked around the corner and everyone jumped out. It was really fun to spend time catching up with our old friends. It was a beautiful day in Springfield, and we had a great time walking around with Lee, Jen and the girls.

Isabel...cute as a button.

The next generation of the "Sister Club"

Every time we are in PA, we somehow miss seeing our friends Tim and Krista. This time, we were able to catch up with them. It was perfect timing because they are getting ready to move to Boston!
