Getting Ready for the Twins!

The nursery is almost ready for the girls! We have just a few pictures to put on the walls and we will be set! The newlyweds came and painted the nursery a soft yellow color. They were a HUGE help!!

Julia and Bobby's Wedding

My sister Julia and her fiance Bobby were married on April 26, 2008 at a beautiful outdoor wedding in North Augusta, South Carolina. It was an honor to be there to support them in their start to their marriage. Jon enjoyed co-officiating the wedding, and I did my best as as very pregnant matron of honor. A lot of our family was there, including Aunt Dottie and the Kizer cousins. The "Sister Club" is now all married women! I bet my dad could not be happier that he is finished paying for weddings! The bridesmaid luncheon was held at the Rose Hill Inn in Aiken, SC.

Baby Shower at Church

We are continuously overwhelmed by the ways our church reaches out to us and cares for us. In April, they threw a shower for us and gave us most of what we needed for the twins. A lot of pretty pink dresses, play gyms, and high chairs to name a few. The church is very excited to meet our little bundles in the next month or so!
