Jon's Ordination

During the last weekend of February, Jon was ordained and installed as the pastor of our church. It was a really meaningful service, and we were glad we could share it with our church family and our immediate families. The church "pounded" us...a Southern tradition for new pastors and their families. Basically, each of the church members brought a pound of something to give us (sugar, flour, coffee, diapers). We feel so overwhelmed by the love and support we have received during this transition.

In Cali with the Cousins

I (Dottie) was in California for a week and spent a few days with the Casserlys. I also got to see Aunt Dottie and Uncle Jim while I was there. It was so fun to catch up with everyone and to see Tom and Holly's kids who have grown up SO much!
